Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and trckr. They are written in plain language on purpose: you should be able to understand what you are agreeing to without a lawyer.
The short version
- trckr is in beta. Things will change, and the service may pause while we work on it.
- trckr gives you estimates and general information. It is not tax advice or financial advice, and we never lodge anything for you.
- You are responsible for what you enter, and for reviewing AI-drafted entries before you confirm them.
- Your data stays yours.
- Nothing here takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Who we are, and what you are agreeing to
trckr is operated by MFlow Pty Ltd (ABN 39 633 568 635). By creating an account or using trckr, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
trckr is in beta
trckr is an invite-only beta. That means the product is real and your data is treated with full care, but the service is still being built around you. Features will change, may be redesigned or removed, and the service may be interrupted or paused while we work on it. We will be upfront about significant changes.
Beta access is free. If pricing is introduced later, beta users will hear about it before anything changes.
Who can use trckr
You must be at least 18 years old and an Australian resident. trckr works with Australian tax rules only, so it is not built for records kept under another country’s rules.
Your account is yours: keep your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
Estimates and general information, not advice
Every figure trckr shows you is an estimate built from the records you added, or general information. It is not tax advice, not financial advice, and not a return ready to lodge.
Before acting on a number (lodging a return, making a financial decision), review it, and consider checking it with a registered professional. trckr never lodges anything with the tax office or anyone else. You, or the accountant you choose, do that.
Your responsibilities
- What you enter. trckr’s estimates are only as good as the records behind them. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you add.
- Reviewing AI drafts. When trckr reads a document and drafts entries for you, the draft is a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting it before you confirm it. Nothing enters your records without your confirmation.
- Your own records. trckr helps you organise your records; it does not replace your obligation to keep them and to lodge accurately.
Acceptable use
Use trckr to keep your own financial records (or, for accounting practices, your clients’ records with their permission). Do not:
- break the law, or use trckr to hold records of unlawful activity;
- try to access another person’s data, probe or overload the service, or get around its security;
- copy, resell or scrape the service;
- upload files designed to harm the service or other users, such as malware.
Sharing with an accountant
You can grant an accounting practice access to your records. That access lasts until you revoke it, which you can do at any time. What they can see, and how sharing works, is described in the Privacy policy.
Our service, and its limits
We work to keep trckr available, careful with your data and honest about what it knows. Where a record is incomplete, trckr says so rather than guessing.
During beta we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and time to retrieve your records.
Suspension, and ending your account
You can stop using trckr at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data (the Privacy policy explains how deletion works).
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Your data, our service
Everything you add to trckr stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy policy.
The trckr software, design and name belong to MFlow Pty Ltd. Using trckr does not give you ownership of any part of the service, and you agree not to copy or imitate it.
Liability
Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that no contract can take away, including that services be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
Beyond what that law protects: trckr provides estimates and general information, not advice, so we are not liable for decisions you make in reliance on a figure trckr shows you. For other claims, our liability is limited, where the law allows it, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute belongs to the courts of Victoria.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the version date at the top of this page. For changes that matter, we will also tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use trckr after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is 2026-08-24.
