Your money lives in eleven different places.

See everything. Chase nothing.

Two banks, a few credit cards, shares, crypto, maybe a rental. Each one only shows its piece. trckr keeps all of it in one place, so you can plan your next move and are not rebuilding your year in June.

Every account you have. Nothing you have to hand over.

Upload the statement your bank already gives you, or connect a crypto exchange with a read-only key. You choose every source, and you can change your mind.

  • No bank logins
  • Read-only, encrypted keys
  • No transaction caps

Works with any Australian bank, broker or listed exchange.

Ways to bring your finances in

Banks and brokers

Upload the PDF or CSV your institution already sends you. trckr reads the holdings, trades and dividends, and you confirm before anything is saved.

Most trackers meter your trades. trckr does not. Ten rows or ten thousand use the same import, so a busy year costs no more than a quiet one.

Ways to bring your finances in

Crypto without custody

Exchange keys are read-only and encrypted before storage. Bitcoin and Ethereum wallets are tracked by public address, so trckr can see balances but never move them.

Drop in the document. Review the draft.

AI reads statements and receipts, fills the draft and flags anything uncertain. You can edit every row. Nothing reaches the ledger until you confirm it.

Admin that stays checkable

Fields arrive filled

Salary, interest, dividends and transaction rows are prepared from the source document so review starts with a draft, not an empty form.

Admin that stays checkable

Receipts become reviewable claims

Upload a receipt and trckr prepares a category, date, amount and evidence link. You decide whether it belongs.

Admin that stays checkable

The source stays attached

Statements and receipts remain linked to the figures they created. A number can always show where it came from.

Shares and crypto, without the spreadsheet sprawl.

Broker statements, live exchange balances and watch-only wallets feed the same ledger. Holdings, cost basis and recorded gains stay together and remain traceable to their source.

  • Shares and ETFs across supported brokers
  • Live balances and trades from six crypto exchanges
  • Bitcoin and Ethereum public-address tracking
  • Capital gains worked from the recorded ledger

A connected investment record →

A connected investment record

Every holding, side by side

Compare shares, ETFs and crypto across accounts without losing which structure or source owns each position.

A connected investment record

Crypto stays current

Balances and transactions sync from read-only exchange access, while public wallets remain watch-only.

A connected investment record

Recorded sales flow into gains

Buys and sells feed a parcel register, so the running estimate comes from your ledger instead of a separate tax-time reconstruction.

See what changed, not just what you spent.

Transactions from every bank account roll into one cash view. Compare periods, scan categories and spot the changes that deserve attention without building another spreadsheet.

  • Cash in and cash out across every account
  • Spending grouped into plain-language categories
  • Period comparisons that surface changing patterns
  • Credit cards treated as what you owe, not cash

Everyday money, read as one story →

Everyday money, read as one story

One cash position

Balances and movement across accounts are netted into a single view without hiding which account each number came from.

Everyday money, read as one story

Patterns made visible

Compare one period with another and see which categories drove the difference, with the underlying transactions ready to inspect.

Everyday money, read as one story

The daily view meets the long view

Cash movement sits beside net worth, property equity and year-end readiness, so one change is never viewed in isolation.

See the property, the loan and what is actually yours.

Track every property in one portfolio, with its value, mortgage, ownership share, income and expenses. Follow equity over time and see a forward projection built from your loan and growth assumptions.

  • One view across the whole portfolio
  • Statement-backed mortgage history
  • Actual, estimated and projected equity
  • Property expenses and deduction records together

From portfolio to next move →

From portfolio to next move

Equity, with the assumptions visible

Actual statement history and forward projections stay visually distinct, so an estimate never pretends to be a recorded result.

From portfolio to next move

Expenses do not drift away

Keep property expenses and their receipts with the same ownership structure that holds the asset.

From portfolio to next move

Plan with context

The portfolio view brings value, debt, equity and ownership together before you consider another property.

Forward figures are estimates based on your stated loan terms, repayments and growth assumption. They are planning inputs, not promises.

Keep who owns what clear.

Personal, trust, company, partnership or SMSF. Every account and asset files into its owner, while the whole portfolio remains visible from one place.

  • Scope every screen to one owner or the whole portfolio
  • Keep assets, income, claims and evidence attributed
  • Use the tax views that apply to each structure
  • Share only the records your accountant needs

One portfolio, correctly attributed →

One portfolio, correctly attributed

Ownership is never a guess

Accounts are filed to an owner from the start, so later reports do not rely on memory or a naming convention.

One portfolio, correctly attributed

Change scope once

Choose one structure and the connected accounts, positions and reports follow that scope.

One portfolio, correctly attributed

Different owners, relevant tax views

Each structure gets the records and calculations that apply to it, while shared evidence remains traceable.

Know the shape of June before June.

Income, deductions and recorded gains update a running year-end estimate. Missing details stay visible, so a rough figure cannot masquerade as a finished position.

  • Receipt-backed deductions, categorised as you go
  • A running estimate of refund or tax still to pay
  • Clear prompts for records that still need attention
  • A reviewable pack for you or your accountant

Estimates are general information, not tax advice. You or your accountant review and lodge.

Stay ready through the year →

Stay ready through the year

Tax time becomes a short list

Readiness shows what is complete, what is missing and which source record owns the next action.

Stay ready through the year

Recorded gains are already in the picture

Share and crypto sales feed the same running estimate instead of appearing as a separate surprise at year end.

Stay on top of the year, not just tax time.

trckr keeps the records, estimates and loose ends visible while life keeps moving. When July arrives, the work is already organised for review.

Request beta access

Automation without giving up control.

Finance software earns trust in the details. trckr keeps access narrow, drafts reviewable and every figure connected to its source.

No bank passwords

Bank and broker data comes from statements you choose to upload.

Read-only crypto access

Exchange keys are encrypted. Public wallets remain watch-only.

AI drafts, you confirm

Extraction fills a draft. It does not silently write to your ledger.

Sharing stays scoped

You decide what an accountant can see and can revoke that access.

For accountants: clients arrive organised.

Readiness, document requests and source-backed figures replace the email chase. Your client controls what is shared, and both sides review the same records.

trckr for accountants

Fair questions.

Clear answers before you hand over a single document.

Which banks and brokers work?

Any institution that gives you a PDF or CSV statement can use the statement path. Named support includes CommBank, Westpac, NAB, ANZ, ING, Macquarie, Up and ten broker platforms. Crypto exchanges with live sync are BTC Markets, CoinSpot, Independent Reserve, Kraken, Binance and KuCoin.

Is there a transaction limit?

Statement imports are not capped or priced by transaction count during the beta. A statement with ten rows and one with 10,000 rows use the same review flow. Individual file-size and batch-size safety limits still apply.

What happens to a document I upload?

It is saved, read to prepare a draft, and shown back to you for review. Nothing enters the ledger until you confirm it. The source remains attached to the records it created.

Does trckr lodge my tax return?

No. trckr prepares an estimate and an organised set of records for review. You or your accountant lodge. trckr provides general information, not tax advice.

Is beta access free?

Yes. trckr is invite-only while the beta is being refined. Beta access is free, and beta users will hear about future pricing before it changes.
